We think that your Internet experience should not suffer because of others either, so we are starting to implement a 'Quality of Service' (Also known as QoS) priority system to our network. This means that if you make a call over the Internet (Using Voice over IP) then you can expect a trouble free call from start to finish. If you watch a programme using the BBC's iPlayer, then you can watch it with out constantly having it stop while it loads the next bit. In order to prioritise some traffic, naturally some others will have a lower priority, so at peak times when the network is much fuller, you might see a file download take a few seconds longer but this should not be significant enough to notice. This is not a complex shaping system, nor a method of reducing what you can do but has been introduced to ensure that things that need a constant, never interrupted flow of data get what they need and you get what you want, a plain and simple connection. Pay for what you use with out any ports blocked or restrictions to what you can do with it. If you use more than what you have paid for already, no worries. You will be charged for the extra bandwidth at just £5 plus VAT (£5.75 inc VAT) for 10Gb. Any extra bandwidth unused remains on your account until next time.

If you do not have ADSL, all packages have an activation charge of £42.50 plus VAT (£48.88 inc VAT). If you already have ADSL with another provider then all you need is a Migrate Away Code (MAC) and your migration will be free of charge. Artemis3 supports both in and out bound migrations and all the packages below have just a 30 day contract, so if in the unlikely event that you are not completely happy you can cancel your contract giving just 30 days notice.
