Artemis 3 provide all inclusive* I.T. Support services to all of our contract clients. We dont sell hours, vouchers, tokens or such like that entitles you to speak to a support agent at £1 per minute for 15 minutes per day etc. Our support is all inclusive with no hidden extras, it includes:
- Unlimited calls to our local call Helpdesk
- Unlimited use of our online helpdesk ticketing system
- Unlimited visits to your business office(s) should we be unable to resolve the call via the telephone or with the use of remote control software
- All inclusive proactive monitoring of your I.T. infrastructure, 24 hours a day 7 days a week with text and email alerts to us should there be a problem on your system
- Monitoring of backup systems to ensure that your data has actually been backed up correctly
- Regular I.T. maintenance on your I.T. infrastructure including software updates, patches, service packs etc, all carried out Out Of Hours so as not to impact on your business in any way
* The only time we will ever charge you is for the installation of new hardware at your premises. |
